Fashion-Moda is operated by Blitzdrop Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Orders placed by customers in the United States are fulfilled through our US logistics and fulfilment facility.
ARTICLE 3 – APPLICABILITY
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, purchases, and agreements made through www.fashion-moda.com.
By placing an order through the Website, the Consumer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
ARTICLE 4 – THE OFFER
Fashion-Moda aims to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing information, and images are accurate.
Product images are intended to provide an accurate representation of the products offered. Minor variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and device displays.
All prices displayed on the Website are in United States Dollars (USD).
Fashion-Moda reserves the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.
ARTICLE 5 – FORMATION OF THE AGREEMENT
The Agreement is formed when the Consumer completes the checkout process and receives an order confirmation from Fashion-Moda.
Fashion-Moda reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraud, misuse, or payment irregularities are suspected.
ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

The Consumer must return the item within 30 days of notifying Fashion-Moda of the return request.
ARTICLE 7 – RETURN SHIPPING COSTS AND REFUNDS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Consumer unless otherwise required by law.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed within 5 business days using the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the Consumer's financial institution.
ARTICLE 8 – EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS
Returns may be refused for:
• Products showing signs of use
• Products damaged by the customer
• Personalised or custom-made products
• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons where applicable
ARTICLE 9 – PRICING
All prices displayed on the Website include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Fashion-Moda reserves the right to change prices at any time. Such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
ARTICLE 10 – PRODUCT CONFORMITY
Fashion-Moda will make reasonable efforts to ensure that all products supplied correspond to their descriptions and images.
Minor differences that do not affect the essential characteristics of a product shall not be considered defects.

Orders are generally processed within 1–4 business days.
Estimated delivery times within the United States are typically 6–10 business days.
All orders are shipped with tracking information which will be provided by email after dispatch.
If delivery delays occur, Fashion-Moda will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers.
ARTICLE 12 – PAYMENT
Fashion-Moda accepts payment through the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorised.
Payment information is processed securely through trusted payment service providers. Fashion-Moda does not store complete payment card information.
